This is a twist on the regular “French Fries,” except Belgium claims them as their own. They are a very popular street food all across Belgium, and are served with a variety of sauces to choose from. Vegetarians beware though, as these fries are often fried in lard, so be sure to ask for a vegetarian version, as some places also offer it!
