  • The U.S. celebrates National Doughnut Day the first Friday in June, National Jelly-Filled Doughnut Day on June 8th, and National Creme-Filled Doughnut Day on September 14th.
  • Consuming 29 doughnuts in around 6 minutes, John Haight became the Guinness World Record holder for doughnut eating.
