No one wants to feel hungry after eating, but it can happen if you aren’t eating the right foods. If you want to stop feeling so hungry all the time and finally feeling full, try eating these four foods more often and see how you feel.

Nuts

Nuts are a great way to feel full because they have protein and fat; you only need to to make sure you don’t eat too many. The rule of thumb is to use your palm as a measuring cup, and one palmful is enough of any unsalted and raw nut.

Sweet Potatoes

Unlike their starchy cousin white potatoes, sweet potatoes will keep you feeling fuller for longer because of the fiber content. The best part is that they’re packed full of other vitamins and are pretty low in calories.

Hummus

Chickpeas have a ton of protein and fiber, and that is the main ingredient for hummus! Along with tahini, which is crushed sesame seeds, hummus makes for a great snack to keep you going all day.

Chia Seeds

These little seeds are known to be packed with protein, but they are also loaded with fiber! The best part about them is that you can just add them to any type of meal and it will instantly be a fuller healthier meal.
