Whether you’re going camping or just out on a day trip, making a roll up with a flour tortilla is super easy and practical. All you have to do is fill up the tortilla with your favorite sandwich items, and roll it up into a wrap! You can also just bring the tortillas along and make roll ups wherever you are because the tortillas take up so little space in a bag!

Pizza

If you can’t be bothered to make or buy dough to make pizzas, look no further than tortillas! All you have to do is spread some tomato sauce on each one, top it with cheese and your favorite meats and veggies and bake it at 425 F for about 10 minutes! This is also a great activity to do with friends or kids so everyone can make their own personal pizza!

If you are looking for a healthier alternative to a pickle, trying making quick pickled cucumbers. All you need is to combine white vinegar, balsamic vinegar, and some fresh or dried dill if you have it and let it marinate the cucumbers in the fridge for as long as you can wait.

Happy Monday 💚 . During revision meals and snacks basically become my favourite part of the day – breaks up the monotony of sitting at my desk! 😂 Last week I made this insane sandwich ft @strongrootsuk spinach and pumpkin burgers, quick pickled cucumber, greek yoghurt, smashed avo and rocket! 👌🏽👌🏽 . Not only was I craving something exciting, but I also can’t take too much time out from the books, 🤓 so I absolutely LOVE these burgers which I can just grab from the freezer and reheat. Means I can have a lunch as awesome as this ready in 15 minutes and very little washing up to do too! 👌🏽 . Full recipe on my blog!! Poaching Eggs

A glug of vinegar is the secret to mastering the perfect poached egg. After the water comes to a boil, put in the vinegar and carefully drop in the egg. What the vinegar does is that it allows for the egg whites to coagulate while the center remains runny and delicious.

Hot Sauce

Hot peppers and vinegar are the two stars of most homemade hot sauces. Add garlic and salt, blend it all together, and you have homemade delicious hot sauce.
