Ingredients:

To prepare the ice cubes you will need 2 cups water and 1 cup fresh cranberries. For the cranberry negroni cocktail you should get 1 oz. cranberry juice, 3/4 oz. dry gin, 3/4 oz. sweet vermouth, 3/4 oz Campari, and 4 dashes cranberry bitters.

Instructions:

The first step is to make the ice cubes. Grab a food blender and ice cube molds. Put the water and cranberries in the processor and start blending. When you’re done, you can pour the liquid in the mold. Place it in the freezer and you should definitely leave it in for quite a while until it’s completely frozen. A great idea is to make the cubes the night before, so that you leave the mold in overnight, instead of waiting for hours before preparing the cocktail.

In a shaker, pour all the ingredients for the cranberry negroni. Mix them well, and that’s pretty much it. Prepare a glass, by adding the ice. Pour the cocktail over and decorate with cranberries. Enjoy!
