]]>Pesto is a delicious sauce for pasta and it’s also incredible on bread! Make your own by blitzing together basil, parmesan, pine nuts, garlic, and olive oil in a food processor until smooth. Or, get a jar from the grocery store! Spread it on top of the focaccia, top it with a little more cheese, and instantly your mouth will be watering.
Since focaccia has a similar texture to pizza, it’s no wonder that roasted vegetables taste absolutely delicious on it! You can roast the vegetables separate or right on top of the focaccia so all the juices drip into it. Good vegetables to use are onions, zucchini, eggplant, and tomatoes, covered in herbs like basil, thyme, oregano, and parsley.

]]>Everyone loves to come to a party with mozzarella sticks on the table with hot marinara sauce to boot. But if you want an easy way to cheat this recipe, just use wonton wrappers!
All you have to do is lay them out, spray some water onto the edges, so it’ll stick, and place a mozzarella cheese stick on the diagonal and start rolling it up. Fold in the sides once you’re halfway through, and then continue rolling. Fry them in oil until they get golden brown and crispy, and serve with hot marinara sauce!
This recipe is seriously to die for. All you do is combine flaked crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce together. Stuff the wonton wrappers and fold them with your fingers to make a crease, and then bake them for 12-15 minutes in a 425 F oven!
