]]>If you are a huge lover of cocktails you simply need to try this one. To make it, you will need 1/2 cup sugar, 1 plum, 1/2 cup water, 1 lemon, 6 sprigs of thyme, and a bottle of prosecco. Cut the plum in either round thin circles or half circles.
Start by preparing the simply syrup. Use a pot to mix the sugar and water and heat it on the stove. When it starts to boil, you can remove it from the heat. Add the sprigs of thyme and mix it. Let the cocktail cool on the side. Grab a cocktail shaker and fill it with the thyme liquid and the plum. Get the juice of one half of the lemon. Include it in the cocktail shaker. Muddle the ingredients and mix the shaker.
Use a tall wine glass for the plum thyme prosecco cocktail. Fill the bottom with plum slices and thyme. Add some glass on top. Pour the cocktail in the glass and add some prosecco.
