Her viral video, which describes this trendy food as “like dessert but for brekky, but healthy” attracted tens of thousands of likes, while tags #yogurttoast and #custardtoast collectively attracted over 25 million views on TikTok.

Like most viral dishes on this social media platform, custard toast is pretty easy to make. To get the custard mixture, you’ll just need an egg, some Greek yogurt, and a splash of maple syrup or honey for a sweeter taste. After pouring your mixture on a piece of bread, you’ll just have to bake it for around 15 minutes.
