  4. In another bowl, mix together the lemon curd and mascarpone until smooth. Then, gently fold in the cream.
  5. Dip the ladyfingers into the lemon syrup one at a time, placing them in tight rows inside an 8 x 11-inch baking dish.
  6. Add half the filling on top, spreading all the way to the edges.
  7. Repeat the process with the remaining ladyfingers and filling.
  8. Cover and refrigerate the tiramisu for 8 hours or overnight. Top with more lemon zest.

This holiday season you can prepare a tasty tiramisu pie for all your family and friends. Take a look at the easy recipe below.

Ingredients:

If you’re thinking about preparing this tiramisu pie you’ll need 1 packet vanilla pudding mix, 40 ladyfingers, 1 1/2 c. heavy cream, 3 c. brewed espresso, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 c. cold milk, 1 8 oz. container mascarpone, 3 tablespoons rum, cocoa powder, and chocolate shavings.

Instructions:

Get a springform pan and spray it with cooking spray. Beat the vanilla pudding and the milk in a large bowl. Leave the mixture aside. Grab another bowl and beat the heavy cream in it. Mix the whipped cream and the vanilla pudding together. Add the sugar and mascarpone as well. Prepare the ladyfingers by cutting them to fit the height of the cooking pan. In a third bowl mix the rum and espresso. Dip every single ladyfinger in the coffee and rum liquid and put them on the bottom and around the walls of the pan.

Put one half of the filling in the pan over the ladyfingers and cover it with a second layer of ladyfingers. Add the other half of the filling. Leave the pan in the fridge for at least 6 hours. Open the springform pan, and your tiramisu pie is ready. Use the chocolate and the cocoa powder to decorate.
