Roll up your sleeves, it’s time to prepare the beautiful red velvet cookies for a romantic celebration of Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients:

Make the tasty red velvet cookies by using the following ingredients: 1 egg, 1/4 teaspoons espresso powder, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup softened butter, 1 tablespoon buttermilk, 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup white chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon red food coloring, 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder.

Instructions:

Start by beating the butter for one minute. Include both the white and brown sugar until you get a light, creamy structure. Add the vanilla, egg, buttermilk, espresso powder, and salt. The last step is the red food color.

Grab a second bowl and combine the baking soda, cocoa powder, flour, and cornstarch. This is the point when you should mix the two bowls together. You will get a dough that is almost done. Include the white chocolate chips and mix them in the dough. Put it in the fridge for at least half an hour.

Start making cookies and put them on a baking sheet. Bake them for 10 minutes at a temperature of 350 F degrees. Take out the red velvet cookies and wait for them to cool down a little before you serve them.
