]]>For this recipe you need 2 big artichokes, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic.
The grilled artichokes recipe is very simple and it will take you around 35 minutes together with prep. Start by cutting the artichokes in half and take out their center. Clean them on the outside as well, cut all of the ends that you don’t like. Remove the stems as well.
Before you grill them you should either steam or boil them first. This process will take around 20 minutes. When you’re done, cover them in the olive oil, basil, lemon juice, and garlic.
It’s a great idea to leave the artichokes in the sauce for at least 10 minutes and then place them on the grill. If you don’t have the time, soak them and start grilling right away. You should cook them for around two minutes per side.
