The grilled artichokes recipe is very simple and it will take you around 35 minutes together with prep. Start by cutting the artichokes in half and take out their center. Clean them on the outside as well, cut all of the ends that you don’t like. Remove the stems as well.

Before you grill them you should either steam or boil them first. This process will take around 20 minutes. When you’re done, cover them in the olive oil, basil, lemon juice, and garlic.
