The sweet and spicy glaze makes these drumsticks a perfect fusion of Asian flavors. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, garlic, and ginger to create the glaze. Marinate the drumsticks in the mixture for 30 minutes. Bake for 25 minutes at 375°F. Glaze the drumsticks again and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
The zesty lemon and herbs bring a freshness that’s reminiscent of Mediterranean cuisine. To make, combine lemon juice and zest, olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss the drumsticks in this marinade and let them sit for at least an hour. Grill the drumsticks, turning occasionally, for about 25-30 minutes.

]]>One of my favorite ways to prepare chicken drumsticks is with lemon juice and soy sauce. Here’s a recipe that shows you how to make this amazingly easy recipe!
Start off by placing your chicken drumsticks, with the skin on, inside of a plastic bag. Add the soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic powder to the bag and shake vigorously to coat the drumsticks. Once you’ve done this, press the excess air out of the plastic bag and seal, ensuring that the drumsticks are surrounded by the marinade. Place in the refrigerator and allow to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Next, preheat your oven to 425 F. As the oven preheats, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and transfer the marinated drumsticks to the foil.
Bake inside of the oven for approximately 20 minutes. Flip the drumsticks after 20 minutes, and allow them to finish cooking for 5-10 more minutes, or when the temperature of the meat has reached 165 F.
Enjoy!
