Cut your spring roll wrappers into triangles. Scoop one teaspoon of the filling onto each spring roll triangle, brushing the outer edges of the wrapper with egg white, folding, and pinching the edges until tightly sealed. Repeat until you’ve used up all the filling.
Deep fry the samosas at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown, being sure not to overcrowd the fryer. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve and enjoy!
