To make the tahini dressing, it couldn’t be easier. Scoop out a few tablespoons of raw tahini into a bowl and add in half a clove of minced garlic, some lemon juice and a small splash of water, and stir. You want the consistency to be able to be drizzled on, but not too thin that it’s runny. Season with salt, pepper, and a bit of cumin and the dressing it ready!
