]]> Nothing beats the refreshing taste of a cold popsicle on a hot day, and making your own fresh fruit popsicles at home is a fun and healthy way to enjoy a summer treat. You can customize them with your favorite fruits, and they’re incredibly simple to make. Here’s how to create delicious, fresh fruit popsicles right in your kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup of fresh mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup of fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup of orange juice
  • 1/4 cup of coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (optional)
  • Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions:

  1. Wash and prepare the fruits: hull and chop strawberries, peel and chop mango and peaches, peel and slice kiwi, and leave blueberries whole. 
  2. Blend the strawberries, blueberries, mango, and peaches with orange juice, coconut water, and honey (if using) until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. 
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 to 6 hours, preferably overnight. 
  4. To easily remove the popsicles from the mold, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds and gently pull the sticks. 
  5. Enjoy your homemade treat!
