You can customize them with your favorite fruits, and they’re incredibly simple to make. Here’s how to create delicious, fresh fruit popsicles right in your kitchen.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 cup of fresh mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup of fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1/4 cup of coconut water
- 2 tablespoons of honey (optional)
- Popsicle molds and sticks
Instructions:
- Wash and prepare the fruits: hull and chop strawberries, peel and chop mango and peaches, peel and slice kiwi, and leave blueberries whole.
- Blend the strawberries, blueberries, mango, and peaches with orange juice, coconut water, and honey (if using) until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 to 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- To easily remove the popsicles from the mold, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds and gently pull the sticks.
