]]>In order to make your own butter, simply pour the heavy cream into the mixer and start mixing it. The process takes a while, so it is recommended to use a standing mixer, but any will do.
As you mix the heavy cream, you will see it turn into whipped cream before starting to solidify. By continuing to mix, the butter will begin to separate from the buttermilk. The process usually takes around 30 minutes to complete.
Next, strain the butter from the buttermilk and give it a bath in cold water. Make sure to properly wash and squeeze it while doing so to remove the rest of the buttermilk.
After that, simply place the butter on a piece of parchment paper, roll it up, and store it in the fridge to use whenever you need it.
