  • 6 oz fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups cold sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice from 7 to 8 lemons

Instructions:

  1. Get a saucepan and fill it with the granulated sugar and 1/2 cup water. Turn the stove to medium-high and wait for the sugar to dissolve in the water.
  2. When it’s completely melted take the saucepan away from the heat.
  3. Grab a blender or a food processor. Blend the raspberries to get a smooth puree. Use a fine-mesh sieve to take out the seeds.
  4. For the sparkling raspberry lemonade, you will need a pitcher. Fill it with the lemon juice and raspberry puree first.
  5. Next, add the simple syrup and mix all these ingredients together. Adjust the amount of simple syrup depending on how sweet you want the lemonade to be.
  6. Finally, pour in the sparkling water and place the pitcher in the fridge until serving it.

Raspberry Lemonade! 🍋 Everyone has loved this one and trust me it is so quick and easy to make! Takes about 15 minutes literally. RECIPE: INGREDIENTS: – 1 cup sugar – Water (to taste) – 1 punnet of raspberries – 6/7 lemons – Ice – Mint (optional) METHOD: 1. Add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar to a saucepan over a medium heat until sugar is dissolved to make a sugar syrup. 2. Blend the raspberries with a tiny bit of water. 3. Strain out the seeds. 4. Juice 6/7 lemons and strain out the pulp and seeds. (You can leave the pulp and raspberry seeds if you like your lemonade this way) 5. In a large jug, combine HALF of each mixture: half of the lemon juice, half of the raspberry purée and half of the sugar syrup (make sure the sugar syrup has cooled). 6. Fill the jug 2 thirds of the way with water. Add more to make it less strong, this is all down to preference. 7. Fill the rest of the jug with ice. 8. Add some mint and sliced lemons (remove seeds) to make it look good.
