šŸŖGALLETAS DE TAHINI Y CHOCOLATE NEGRO šŸŖ #singluten y #sinlactosa Estoy obsesionada con estas galletas desde que las prepareĢ, saben muchiĢsimo a chocolate, tienen un puntito amargo šŸ˜‹ (pero leve) por el tahini y el cacao, y el seĢsamo les da un toque crujiente increiĢble. Si no habeĢis probado la combinacioĢn de tahini-chocolate Ā”teneĢis que hacerlo ya! A miĢ me tiene loca šŸ„° . INGREDIENTES ā€¢ 50 gramos de harina de arroz ā€¢ 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato ā€¢ 100 gramos de azuĢcar moreno ā€¢ 100 gramos de tahini ā€¢ una pizca de sal ā€¢ 1 huevo ā€¢ 25 gramos de cacao puro en polvo desgrasado ā€¢ seĢsamo tostado . PREPARACIOĢN ā€¢ En un bol mezcla la harina, el bicarbonato, el cacao puro y la sal. Reserva ā€¢ Bate el tahini junto al azuĢcar hasta que la mezcla sea un poco esponjosa ā€¢ AnĢƒade el huevo y sigue batiendo Incorpora los ingredientes secos que habiĢas reservado y remueve con una cuchara o con las manos hasta formar una masa parecida a la plastilina. ā€¢ Precalienta el horno a 180ĀŗC ā€¢ Si la masa estaĢ demasiado blanda, meĢtela unos 30 minutos al congelador antes de hacer las bolitas para poder manejarla mejor ā€¢ Haz bolitas del tamanĢƒo de una nuez y aplaĢstalas ligeramente. Puedes cubrirlas con seĢsamo tostado ā€¢ Hornea durante 9 minutos Aunque parezcan crudas al sacarlas del horno, se terminaraĢn de cocinar una vez fuera con el calor que queda dentro de cada galleta. DeĢjalas enfriar en una rejilla y cuando esteĢn totalmente friĢas podraĢs comerlas. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • sea salt to sprinkle

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl combine sugar, cocoa, and salt. Put in the egg whites and vanilla and whisk until the batter is thick and smooth. Keep mixing until it comes together.
  3. In another small bowl, whisk the tahini until it’s smooth.
  4. Spoon the batter into 12 even tablespoons about 2 inches apart, with 6 on each sheet.
  5. Drizzle the cookies with 1/4 teaspoon tahini. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  6. Bake the cookies until they are cracked and glossy and the tahini starts to bubble, for about 12-15 minutes.
  7. Let them cool for 10 minutes before moving them to cooling racks.
