In the new video published on October 21st, a guy behind the Youtube channel Internet Shaquille explains why burritos you buy outside, even at the cheapest places, always seem to taste better than the ones you make at home. As he says, it’s not about the filling you use – much like a sandwich, you will use the ingredients you like to make your favorite combination. Instead, it’s about the little tricks that you probably didn’t know that will make your homemade burrito taste even better than the one you buy at your favorite burrito place.

The most important thing is to get the right tortillas. They should be big, thin, and stretchy so you can wrap them around the fillings. The next thing to do is to heat the tortilla in a pan. This will help melt the fat contained in the tortilla and enrich the flavor. After wrapping the tortilla, seal the ending by heating it in the pan some more, then flip it so the top gets crispy, too.

The final trick is to wrap the warm burrito in aluminum foil. It will keep your food warm, make it easy to take with you, and reduce the risk of spills. Watch the video below for more details.

This grandma – or Abuela – from Mexico hosts one of the most authentic cooking shows we’ve seen so far. Her first video was published on August 20th this year and there’s been a new video almost every day since then. The best thing is that nearly all of them have over a million views already!‌ It’s safe to say that this Abeula is the new Youtube sensation.

Her name is Doña Angela and she cooks with her heart. All the content is in Spanish, but there are English captions if you want to follow her recipes. The channel is titled De Mi Rancho a Tu Cocina and it shows us the world of Mexican homemade cooking in the most unique and authentic way. Most of the ingredients Angela uses come from her own ranch, which makes the whole story even better.

As you can assume, Doña Angela was introduced to Youtube by someone younger, her family members that wanted to show the world what their Abuela could do. In one of the videos, Angela explains how she turned down interview invitations because she’s shy, and the only reason she’s able to do these videos is that her daughter is filming her.

Subscribe to her channel and enjoy her recipes!

🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈HAPPY PRIDE MONTH!🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈 Let’s kick it off with this super fab No-Bake RAINBOW cheesecake! 🌈 For those of you who don’t know what PRIDE MONTH is, it’s about celebrating 🥳 the LGBTQI+ community. It’s not going to shock a lot of you that I’m a super queen 👑 . She’s gay 🌈 henny. Out and prouwdddd-dah! **Lip click** Just 5 years ago I was deeply in the closet. And I mean deeeeeep. Like Narnia ❄ deep. I was living in my own fantasy. Let’s not call it a fantasy though, cos it was more like hell. I reached a really low point and things got dark for a bit. I was terrified to admit to myself that I was gay. And I was terrified that if I did, I would lose those around me that I cared about. Getting to the point where I could feel proud and comfortable with myself, but more importantly safe, was a slow process. But today, in 2019 I’m sitting on my couch eating a piece of this fab cheesecake (which is deceptively easy to make btw) with my boyfriend next to me. I mean, if someone told me I could say that sentence in 5 years I’d think they were mad! But i feel like I’ve found myself. Nick wasn’t supposed to suppress himself, he’s supposed to be a 33 year old man who bakes pretty things all day. I love that queer people have given themselves an entire month to celebrate pride. It’s truly wonderful! The more awareness we bring to those who are afraid or uneducated about the LGBT community and help them understand we’re just like everyone else and deserve to be treated with the same respect and dignity, the better. Let’s not just do that for a month though. Let’s do it everyday. I feel safe and proud to be myself. But I can’t help but think of those though who don’t feel safe to be themselves. The Scran Line is a safe space for all people who want to be themselves and spread a positive message. The comments section is a place where you can feel safe to express yourself freely. Thanks to everyone who supports and loves me for who I am! You all help make The Scran Line a fun and colourful corner of the internet! N x HAPPY PRIDE Y’ALL!

Andrew Rea, a self-taught chef from Mendon, New York, began in 2016 with this YouTube channel. His goal was to recreate some of the dishes and favorites from different TV shows and to show people how to make these dishes.

Although you might not realize it, most television shows and movies showcase some type of food (either at home or in a restaurant) as part of its plot. While some of these dishes are quite memorable, such as “Spongebob Squarepants” and its Krabby Patty, others are often forgotten about.

However, Rea does his best to combine both the unforgettable and the minor dishes shown in different entertainment venues as part of his series of YouTube videos. For example, on one episode which is centered on TV drama “The Wire,” Rea shows viewers how to make a number of Baltimore classics.

Cooking shows can be repetitive and boring, but “Binging with Babish” truly puts a new spin on an old classic. So, head to his Instagram account or YouTube channel and find something that interests you!
