First, you will want to wash your zucchini and slice it into pieces that are between a quarter and a half-inch thick.
Next, melt the butter in a large skillet on medium-low heat on your stove. Once you’ve done this, add the zucchini slices to the skillet and then add the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper and saute for 5-10 minutes. You’ll want to wait until the zucchini is soft and transparent.
Just before taking the skillet off of the heat, add the parmesan cheese and stir in to ensure that it is evenly distributed throughout the zucchini.
Allow to cool for a few minutes, and then serve and enjoy!
