İhtiyacınız olan malzemeler: . – 500 gram Tam Buğday Unu – 1 Paket İnstant Kuru Maya (yerine 1/2 Paket Yaş Maya kullanılabilir.) – 2 SB İçme Suyu ( Oda Sıcaklığında) – 1 ÇK Tuz – 1 YK Keten Tohumu . . Unumuzu bir kabın içerisine koyuyoruz. Ortasını kuyu gibi açıyoruz. Mayayı, tuzu, suyu ilave ediyoruz. Ortadaki malzemeleri iyice karıştırdıktan sonra hepsi birbirine geçecek şekilde spatula yardımıyla iyice karıştırıyoruz, isterseniz elinizle de iyice yoğurabilirsiniz. Ancak yapışık bir hamur olacak. Kabın üzerini kapatıp 15 dakika mayalanmaya bırakıyoruz. 15 dakika sonunda üzerini açıp tekrardan karıştırıyoruz / yoğuruyoruz. Tekrar üzerini hava almayacak şekilde düzgünce kapatıp 40- 45 dakika daha mayalanmaya bırakıyoruz. Hamurun iki katına çıktığını göreceksiniz. Pişireceğimiz kalıbın içerisine çok az zeytinyağı sürüp hamurumuzu içerisine döküyoruz. Üzerine isteğinize göre çörekotu, susam serpebilirsiniz. Ben keten tohumu koydum. 180 santigrat derecede önceden ısıttığımız fırında Alt üst fan ayarında 40 dakika pişiriyoruz. Kürdan testiyle pişip pişmediğini kontrol edebilirsiniz. Fırından çıktığında bir beze sarıp soğumasını bekleyin ve ardından dilimleyebilirsiniz. You’re Constantly Tired

Carbs are the primary source of fuel for your whole body, so if you don’t eat enough of them you’ll end up feeling tired all the time. Of course, this doesn’t mean you should load up on sugar and white bread, because the effects of these so-called simple carbs are short-term and you’ll soon feel hungry and tired again.

Bloating

Carbs are often considered “guilty” for causing bloating, but that’s only true if your carbs come from white flour and refined sugars. If you reduce all carbs to the minimum you’ll also reduce the amount of fiber you intake, which will cause bloating.

You Can’t Focus

Carbs are very important for your brain, so if you can’t focus on work or on any other task, have some whole-wheat bread or sweet potatoes for lunch and you’ll see the improvement instantly.

Loading up on food in the evening before you go to sleep can make sleep harder and, depending on what you eat, it’s likely you’ll wake up several times to drink water which will completely ruin your sleep. Some foods are worse than others, so if you absolutely must snack before bed, at least avoid these foods.

Tomatoes

Tomatoes and other acidic foods can turn your night into hell if you have acid reflux problems (or if you’re pregnant).

Donuts

Fried foods that are also high in sugar are hard to digest and can cause blood sugar reactions. You definitely don’t want that before bed.

Chocolate

Chocolate contains caffeine and can prevent you from falling asleep if you snack on it late in the evening.

Spicy Foods

You never know how spicy foods and condiments will affect your digestive system but if you eat them before bed, you’re definitely increasing the chance of something going very badly.

Pizza

Pizza contains several things that are bad to eat before bed – high-fat cheese, acidic tomato sauce, bread, and spicy meat.

Beyoncé has an incredibly busy life, what with her musical commitments, family, and business interests. So how does she power through her day and stay on top of everything? One of the answers lies in her diet.

No animal products … at least sometimes

Beyoncé has an on-again, off-again romance with veganism. It seems that she turns vegan to get in shape for a big show. She announced she was going vegan again before the 2018 Coachella music festival. But will she stick to an animal product-free diet? We’ll just have to wait and see.

Water and more water

Beyoncé drinks at least a gallon of water with lemon every day. She also liked a cold-pressed juice that uses the whole watermelon, including the rind, so much, that she invested in the company, WTRMLN WTR. She also makes sure to take vitamin supplements.

No junk

Although she and husband Jay-Z do indulge in pizza and wine on Sundays, generally speaking, junk food is out. When she’s on the road, she snacks on oatcakes and almonds and tucks into green salads at mealtimes.

Comfort food

Just like the rest of us, Beyoncé likes her comfort food, particularly her mother’s cooking.
