Beyoncé has an incredibly busy life, what with her musical commitments, family, and business interests. So how does she power through her day and stay on top of everything? One of the answers lies in her diet.
No animal products … at least sometimes
Beyoncé has an on-again, off-again romance with veganism. It seems that she turns vegan to get in shape for a big show. She announced she was going vegan again before the 2018 Coachella music festival. But will she stick to an animal product-free diet? We’ll just have to wait and see.
Water and more water
Beyoncé drinks at least a gallon of water with lemon every day. She also liked a cold-pressed juice that uses the whole watermelon, including the rind, so much, that she invested in the company, WTRMLN WTR. She also makes sure to take vitamin supplements.
No junk
Although she and husband Jay-Z do indulge in pizza and wine on Sundays, generally speaking, junk food is out. When she’s on the road, she snacks on oatcakes and almonds and tucks into green salads at mealtimes.
Comfort food
Just like the rest of us, Beyoncé likes her comfort food, particularly her mother’s cooking.
