Taco seasoning is loaded full of salt, and you don’t need all that in your diet. Instead, make your own at home! Combine 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic, onion, crushed red pepper, and dried oregano powder each, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground cumin, and 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper each. Mix well, store in a jar or container, and use whenever!
