]]>Pour the water into a bigger pan, then add the cherries, their juice and the sugar and bring it to boil. After, reduce heat to medium-low and add the cinnamon sticks and the lemon slice. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes, or until the cherries become soft.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the sour cream, the flour, the salt and ¼ cup of hot cherry liquid from the pan and mix it until it becomes smooth. Then, add the mixture to the cherry soup. Simmer it for another 5 minutes. Finally, remove the cinnamon stick from the pan and leave it to cool down. Put it into the refrigerator and serve it cold.
