If you’re due to host a dinner party, then delighting your guests is sure to be a high priority. With these crispy parmesan potatoes, you and your guests can enjoy a surprisingly scrumptious appetizer that will get your evening off to the right start.

Prepare The Ingredients

Preheat your oven to 400Β°F while tossing potatoes, two tablespoons of oil, and two teaspoons of salt into a large bowl. Brush some olive oil onto a baking sheet before layering it with sprinkles of parmesan cheese. Go back to the bowl, mix well, and cut the potatoes into slices. Place the potato slices flat onto the tray on top of the parmesan.

Cook

Place the baking tray into the oven and cook for about 25 minutes. Once the bottom of the potatoes is golden and crispy, you can remove the tray from the oven. Finally, it’s time to layering on the finishing touches.

Prepare To Serve

Once your parmesan potatoes are ready, stir up a mixture of sour cream, garlic, chives, and a teaspoon of salt. Finally, as your guests arrive, serve your crispy parmesan potatoes on a tray alongside your newly-concocted dip.
