  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • vegetable oil

  1. Start by cutting the mozzarella sticks first lengthwise, then those two pieces into 4 smaller ones horizontally.
  2. Combine the pieces with 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, ground chicken, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix the ingredients well together.
  3. Get 1 1/2 tablespoon of the mixture and include one piece of the mozzarella cheese in the middle. Use your hands to form a ball.
  4. Do the same with all the mixture and line the balls on a baking sheet.

  8. In a second bowl mix the 2 teaspoons of salt, flour, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  9. In a third bowl combine the 2 tablespoons of water and eggs.
  10. Take out the chicken parm balls from the freezer and dip them in the flour mix, then in the egg mix, and finally the panko mix.
