]]>To make the oreo truffles you need 25 oreo cookies, 1/2 chopped dark chocolate, 4 oz cream cheese, sprinkles, 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate. The cream cheese should be softened.
You will need a blender or a food processor to process the oreo cookies into small pieces. Also include the cream cheese in the mix. Blend them until you get a dough that look shiny. When you’re done get a bowl. Fill it with the mixture and use a spoon to create the oreo truffles. Place them on a parchment paper. Leave the paper in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
Melt the two types of chocolate in separate bowls in a microwave. When the chocolate is melted you can start dipping each oreo truffle and leaving them back on the paper. You can top them off with sprinkles or chocolate chunks. Leave the truffles in the fridge and wait for the chocolate to be hard again.

]]>The ingredient list for these vegan chocolate truffles includes 1 tablespoon cacao powder, 1 cup raw pecans, 1 cup raw walnuts, 10 whole medjool pitted dates, 1 teaspoon coconut oil, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 1/4 cups dairy-free dark chocolate. 1 cup raw pecans.
To start off, get the walnuts and pecans and blend them in a food processor. Continue by also blending the Medjool dates. They should have a size of very small bits. Add 1/2 of the nut mixture and the cocoa powder as well. Blend again until you get a dough. You can now start making small balls from the dough with a tablespoon. Place them on a parchment paper and leave them in the fridge while you prepare the rest of the recipe.
Get a bowl and melt the chocolate. When it’s melted mix it with the coconut oil. Get the vegan chocolate truffles out of the fridge and start dipping them in the chocolate. Place them back on the paper and decorate with cacao, nuts and sea salt.
