Vegan Chocolate Truffles to Satisfy Your Cravings

There are so many great vegan dessert options that you can make in less than half an hour. One of those are these vegan chocolate truffles that also contain nuts. Take a look at the recipe below. 

Ingredients:

The ingredient list for these vegan chocolate truffles includes 1 tablespoon cacao powder, 1 cup raw pecans, 1 cup raw walnuts, 10 whole medjool pitted dates, 1 teaspoon coconut oil, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 1/4 cups dairy-free dark chocolate. 1 cup raw pecans.

Instructions:

To start off, get the walnuts and pecans and blend them in a food processor. Continue by also blending the Medjool dates. They should have a size of very small bits. Add 1/2 of the nut mixture and the cocoa powder as well. Blend again until you get a dough. You can now start making small balls from the dough with a tablespoon. Place them on a parchment paper and leave them in the fridge while you prepare the rest of the recipe. 

Get a bowl and melt the chocolate. When it’s melted mix it with the coconut oil. Get the vegan chocolate truffles out of the fridge and start dipping them in the chocolate. Place them back on the paper and decorate with cacao, nuts and sea salt.
