What’s your favorite way to enjoy eggs? Whether you like them hard-boiled, over-easy, or scrambled, this popular food is a favorite at breakfast time and during the rest of the day in most places. One of our favorite ways to eat eggs is scrambled with cheese. Want to learn how to make these perfectly with little effort? Here’s how:

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Start off with a frying pan and a little bit of olive oil. Place the pan on medium heat on the stove.
  2. Next, you’ll want to break the eggs into the pan and whisk them together thoroughly, being sure to fully mix the egg whites with the yolks.
  3. After you’ve done this, add the milk to the blended eggs and whisk together thoroughly. The milk will add an extra creaminess to the texture of the scrambled eggs!
  4. Finally, add the cheese, stir together, and wait for the eggs to become slightly fluffy. Move and mix the eggs to be sure that they don’t burn and that they are cooked evenly.
  5. Take the scrambled eggs out, place them on a plate, and add salt and black pepper to taste. Enjoy!

If you’ve ever been invited to someone’s house for dinner or a BBQ last minute and didn’t know what to bring, this is the recipe for you. This mango pie uses any type of cookie you have on hand and only a few other ingredients besides mango!

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 2 limes
  • 7 oz of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups of any cookies
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter

Recipe

  1. Start by crushing up your cookies either by hand in a sealed bag or in a food processor.
  2. Melt the butter and add that into the cookie crumbs, along with the zest of half a lime.
  3. Press that mixture into a pie dish and bake it for 8-10 minutes in a 375 F oven.
  4. While that crust bakes, zest the other half of the lime and the other lime entirely. Juice one of the limes into the bowl of a food processor and add in the lime zest as well.
  5. Cut up the entire mango and put that into the food processor. Blend until a smooth puree is formed.
  6. Once the mango is nice and smooth, add in the sweetened condensed milk, the salt, and blend again until everything is well combined.
  7. Once the crust has cooled for about 15 minutes, pour the mango mixture on top, and chill it for about 2 hours until it sets!
