Every quesadilla is a good quesadilla. This recipe is such an easy one, because it will really help you feel full and you can upgrade it with a number of other ingredients. Try tomatoes, peppers, sausage, and place the eggs in between a tortilla. Cheese can also do magic!

Try Truffles

Truffles are expensive and hard to find, but if you already have them at home you need to try this idea. Make the scrambled eggs and top them off with truffles.

Add Sparkling Wine

When you’re cooking the eggs, do your regular thing and add just a little bit of dry sparkling wine. This will really give that special hint and fluffiness to the eggs. You will never go back to making them without the sparkling wine.
