Try this healthy and flavorful twist on a classic Italian favorite—a walnut and mushroom lasagna. Layers of velvety béchamel sauce, savory mushrooms, crunchy walnuts, and gooey melted cheese come together in a symphony of flavors and textures. Here’s how you can make your own.

Ingredients:

  • 9 lasagna sheets
  • 2 cups of sliced mushrooms (such as cremini or button)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 5 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of chopped walnuts
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups béchamel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.

  5. To assemble the lasagna, spread a thin layer of béchamel sauce on the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Arrange a layer of cooked lasagna noodles on top, followed by a layer of the mushroom and walnut mixture. Grilled cheese sandwiches are a highly underrated food! Yes, they’re quick and easy to make, but that’s no reason to take them for granted. This is one thing that is absolutely crucial for banana bread: do not use green or even yellow bananas! In order to produce the sweetness and smooth consistency that banana bread is known for, you have to use overripe bananas.

Go With Brown Sugar

Instead of white sugar, why not try brown sugar the next time you make banana bread? It yields a richer and more caramelized flavor that imparts a beautiful brown tone on the bread that looks downright tasty.

Put Some Milk in the Batter

You can ensure that your banana bread won’t be dry if you add a little bit of whole milk or buttermilk into the batter. The result will be a moist and decadent banana bread.

Walnuts are a Perfect Addition

How about you upgrade your favorite pesto recipe to a new, even tastier walnut pesto? All you need is a blender and 15 minutes of your time.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 6 cloves peeled garlic
  • 2 cups packed fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Prepare the garlic

The first thing you need to do before you start making the pesto is to toast the garlic. All you need is a skillet and the garlic cloves. Make sure to toast them with the skin on. Leave the garlic to cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, then place it in a bowl.

Prepare the walnuts

You should do the same with the walnuts as well. Place them in the skillet and cook them for 5 to 10 minutes.

Make walnut pesto

To prepare this fast pesto, you will need a blender. Put the basil, olive oil, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic in the blender. Pulse until you get a smooth mixture.

When you’re done, you can add pepper and salt according to taste. Your pesto dressing is all done. Use it with salads, bruschetta, pasta dishes and more.

Banana bread is one of my favorite recipes to make for a breakfast treat. Using bananas as the base for a sweet bread that can be enjoyed with all kinds of personalized additions, it’s a favorite for families throughout the United States.

Use Overripe Bananas

This is one thing that is absolutely crucial for banana bread: do not use green or even yellow bananas! In order to produce the sweetness and smooth consistency that banana bread is known for, you have to use overripe bananas.

Go With Brown Sugar

Instead of white sugar, why not try brown sugar the next time you make banana bread? It yields a richer and more caramelized flavor that imparts a beautiful brown tone on the bread that looks downright tasty.

Put Some Milk in the Batter

You can ensure that your banana bread won’t be dry if you add a little bit of whole milk or buttermilk into the batter. The result will be a moist and decadent banana bread.

Walnuts are a Perfect Addition

Plain banana bread is good, but adding chopped walnuts into the batter and turning it into banana nut bread makes a special treat that you’re guaranteed to fall in love with.

Оставляем кожу на 1 час. 3. Спустя час прикладываем к лицу тонкую бумажную салфетку, слегка прижимая её. Затем снимаем салфетку и смотрим, есть ли на ней следы. ⠀ ▫Если нет – кожа сухая. ▫Если видны заметные отпечатки от Т-зоны и щёк – кожа жирная. ▫Если след остался на бумаге только от Т-зоны – кожа комбинированная. ▫Нормальная кожа тоже оставит отпечатки, но они будут едва заметными. ⠀ ❤Обязательно проверьте свой тип, чтобы правильно ухаживать за кожей лица и подбирать хорошую, подходящую именно для вас, декоративную косметику. ⠀

How about you upgrade your favorite pesto recipe to a new, even tastier walnut pesto? All you need is a blender and 15 minutes of your time.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 6 cloves peeled garlic
  • 2 cups packed fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Prepare the garlic

The first thing you need to do before you start making the pesto is to toast the garlic. All you need is a skillet and the garlic cloves. Make sure to toast them with the skin on. Leave the garlic to cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, then place it in a bowl.

Prepare the walnuts

You should do the same with the walnuts as well. Place them in the skillet and cook them for 5 to 10 minutes.

Make walnut pesto

To prepare this fast pesto, you will need a blender. Put the basil, olive oil, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic in the blender. Pulse until you get a smooth mixture.

When you’re done, you can add pepper and salt according to taste. Your pesto dressing is all done. Use it with salads, bruschetta, pasta dishes and more.
