Martha Stewart explained that while many people are scared of cooking a pie for too long, this is an irrational fear. According to this chef, pies should be cooked until they’re a golden brown color. “That may seem like a very long time, but that will definitely be worth it in the final product. It should be nicely browned beneath,” she explained.
While they may not seem that useful, Claudette Zepeda revealed that cilantro stems are worth saving due to their strong flavor. According to her, they’re excellent for garnishing tacos.
