Şahin Tekin is a Turkish chef who creates incredibly satisfying cakes. You can see his work on his Instagram page where he shares photos of his cakes with his 10k followers.
He mostly makes mirror cakes, but not exclusively. Mirror cakes are made by pouring a chocolate sugar glaze containing gelatin over a frozen cake. Creative use of colors and shapes allows the chefs to make thousands of different designs and always achieve an amazing result.
