Cook Your Pie Longer

Martha Stewart explained that while many people are scared of cooking a pie for too long, this is an irrational fear. According to this chef, pies should be cooked until they’re a golden brown color. “That may seem like a very long time, but that will definitely be worth it in the final product. It should be nicely browned beneath,” she explained.
