Here are some suggestions for putting a twist on a classic plate of french toast.
Raspberries and dark chocolate go together perfectly, and plopping them onto a slice of french toast takes the flavor game to the next level. The tartness of the raspberries ensures that the dish isn’t too sweet. It’s decadent and delicious.

]]>Get a skillet and add some butter to it. Turn on the stove to medium heat.
Combine the vanilla extract, eggs, orange zest, sugar, cinnamon, and milk together. Mix them well.
Get the croissants and start dipping each half in the egg mixture. Leave them in for a few seconds before placing them in the skillet.
Cook the croissants for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. When they’re all done you can start putting together the French croissant toast.
Place one croissant half on the plate. Top it off with the berries then add the other half. Finish off with maple syrup and whipped cream.
