]]>Gond Ki Raab is a tasty and healthy winter beverage from the Indian state of Gujarat. It’s made using edible gum crystals and is a traditional dish enjoyed during the Paryushan Festival by the Jain community as a part of breaking their fast. Among its benefits are improving stamina, reducing back and joint pain, and enhancing vitamin D levels.
Now, let the winter drink mixing begin!
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Gond
- 4 tablespoons Ghee
- 3 tablespoons Ginger Powder
- 1 tablespoon Ganthoda Powder
- Some cardamom powder (optional)
- 5 tablespoons chopped almonds
- 6 tablespoons dry grated coconut
- 2 cups boiled water
- 2 tablespoons jaggery
Instructions
While the rich multitude of exotic-sounding ingredients might make this unique, sweet drink look like a lot of work, it’s honestly not! These big, buttery beauties are my Sriracha Lobster Rolls made with butter poached wild lobster and a sriracha laced beurre blanc that takes my already phenomenal lobster rolls to the next level! Tangy, spicy and incredibly delicious, these bad boys are summer ready! Too bad my body isn’t tho 
It’s not easy to stand out in today’s world of social media. It seems like anyone can gain access to good photography equipment and there are millions of people who want to make it as food photographers, which is why we’re so impressed when someone actually does something different. Kevin takes all his photos in the same way: holding food in his hand, with some fancy designer shoes, and he adds graphics that list all the ingredients. but this beautiful Dim Sum platter right here is from Chinatown dim sum house, Dim Sum Go Go. Beautiful as they are delicious, Dim Sum Go Go offers a fantastic assortment of dim sum as well as delicious traditional Chinese eats. All the dim sum here are delicious, but if pressed I would have to say go for the Shui Mai! It was one of the best I’ve had! 
Two deliciously juicy Australian Wagyu beef patties, double cheese, deliciously rich beef chili (yes, I add chocolate) and topped with shameless amounts of fried onions rings is definitely how you want to kick off this weekend! ]]>“I’m interested in technique, not really into aesthetics,” Chicago Reader quotes Tamny as saying.
“My stuff probably looks the most on occasion like the eastern European ladies out there doing traditional work—especially calligraphy and illustration and the needlework patterns. I love patterns and simple graphic palettes.
“And—this is a difference from some styles—I don’t use molds, patterns, stencils, or fancy cutters, anything like that. I just want to draw or doodle and make everything myself.
“I plan on incorporating more lettering. I’m incredibly picky about that as a calligrapher, and it’s like learning to letter all over again, using icing and a bag instead of a pen—totally different physics. Quite challenging in some ways.”
