]]>To give margarita the honor it deserves, here are three easy TikTok margarita recipes you can make at home!
For this rejuvenating homemade margarita recipe by @itssarahlicious, you’ll need limes, syrup, tequila, and of course, some luscious red strawberries to give it its remarkable look and taste. Freeze, measure, and blend according to Sarah’s instructions, and you’ve got yourself the most stunning drink you’ve seen in a while.

All margaritas are created quite similarly, so you’ll find there’s no major difference in ingredients. This one by @stephanie_rene023 requires lemons instead of limes, a different type of syrup, some triple sec, and no strawberries. Work your mixing, shaking, and pouring magic, and add some salt to the rim of the glass for a perfect margarita experience.

For those who prefer to go non-alcoholic (or just non-tequila), this version by @mstreeet can work perfectly. Much like Sarah’s recipe from before, this one also uses lime as the base, but there’s an addition of spiciness coming from jalapeños. Instead of tequila, Mereana uses sparkling water, and with a salted rim and a piece of lime on top, it looks just like the real deal.

]]>One of our favorite warm-weather drinks is a margarita, a citrus and tequila-based drink that originates from the country of Mexico. We love lining the rim of our margaritas with certain ingredients that add a special flavor touch to them, and there are my suggestions for three that you will love.
The classic and most popular rim lining on a margarita is kosher salt, which works to increase the intensity and the savory nature of the drink by imbuing its citrus flavors with greater depth and clarity.
Want to kick things up a notch? Why not add a little bit of chili powder and lime peel to the rim of your margarita glass? Citrus and heat work together brilliantly, and this is a great way to put a unique twist on your drink.
That’s right: if used in moderation, a small dose of hot sauce such as Cholula or Valentina can provide an exciting jolt of spiciness to your margarita, which works especially well if you use ingredients such as ancho chile bitters in your personal recipe.

]]>In addition to being surprisingly easy to make, a made-from-scratch margarita has tons of character and is healthier than margaritas made with pre-made mix.
And don’t even get me started on how much better they taste!
Here’s a guide for making a delicious margarita in the comfort of your own kitchen.
Start by combining the tequila, agave nectar, lemon juice, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
Next, shake the liquid ingredients together until they are well-blended. Be careful not to shake them too hard, as it can create bubbles and ruin the typical smooth texture of a good margarita.
After the mixture has been shaken, fill a cocktail glass about ½ full with crushed ice.
The next step is crucial—wet the edge of the glass’s rim slightly, and then add kosher ice onto the rim. This will create the salty and sweet combination that makes margaritas so delicious.
Pour the liquid into the glass, garnish with a slice of lime, and you’re ready to enjoy your very own home-made margarita.
Wasn’t that easy? Enjoy!
