Yes, margaritas are so good, but once the weather gets warm you can try this other version. Just by using a blender and few simple ingredients, you can make the best frozen margarita ever.

The prep for the ice cubes will take you around two hours, so make sure you do that beforehand.

If you want to add a different taste to it, feel free to use liqueurs and you can experiment with strawberries, apples, raspberries and more.

Ingredients

For the frozen margarita you will need:
1/4 cup orange juice
3 oz tequila
3 cups limeade
1/2 juiced lime
salt and lime slices for garnish

Instructions

Grab an ice cube tray and fill it with 2 cups of limeade. Place it in the freezer and wait until they are frozen.

Once the cubes are done, you can combine them with the orange juice, tequila, rest of the limeade and lime juice.

Pour the liquid in your blender and use high speed. Blend until it’s a smooth consistency.

Grab large margarita glasses and fill them with the frozen cocktail. You can prepare the glasses with salt by wetting the rim and placing it in salt. Use the lime slices to decorate.

This recipe is meant for 2 servings.
