The giant mountains of dough are turned into small bricks, which are then pulled until they are thin enough. The noodles go straight to the cauldron in front of which we see a big line of customers waiting for their portions.
The noodles are served with beef stock, vegetables, sauce, and some beef on the side. After having a meal there, James goes to another noodle place where he shows us another typical style of noodles prepared with lamb stock. Watch the video below to see everything.

]]>Junk food tastes amazing because it’s engineered to taste amazing. It’s usually cheap and easily available, but there’s a big problem with it: as its name says, its junk. It doesn’t contain any nutrients your body needs, but mostly consists of calorie-dense sugar and fat that your body just stores while virtually staying hungry for real food. Typical junk foods are candy, salty snacks, baked goods, and soft drinks.

]]>In the video below, you can see how the ladies behind the YouTube channel Rosella’s Cooking with Nonna make them. “Rossella and Mamm Angela are making some quick, easy and delicious Almond Thumbprint Cookies,” the video description reads. “Perfect for all holidays, just adjust the color of the preserve you add on them and you are done!”
Their version includes almonds, so we believe it is even more delicious. For the jam, they use “some special Italian jam.” After grinding the almonds and making the base, the two of them make the holes in the cookies for the jam to go. They put cherry jam on half of the cookies and apricot jam on the other half. In the end, we see them tasting the baked cookies and we can almost smell them through the screen!

]]>No Thanksgiving feast is complete without a bowl of mashed potatoes. However, you’re probably used to making them last minute, because you want them to stay warm and fluffy for dinner time. That’s probably the only problem we have with them — that we’re not able to make them upfront.
This year, we learned a trick from Justin Chapple who adds just a bit of mayo to mashed potatoes.
The secret behind this tip is that mayo won’t harden once you leave the mashed potatoes in the fridge. You still need butter, but you will replace a part of it with mayonnaise you probably have in the fridge anyway. We have a feeling this is going to be the most delicious Thanksgiving ever!
If you’re curious about this recipe, you can watch Chapple preparing it in the video below.

]]>“I think in general with the stuffing, simple is best,” Music says in the video published by Bon Appétit. She explains that the recipe she shares with us was developed by food stylist Victoria Granof, “who, in her own right, is a legend, a living legend, look her up.”
Music starts by cutting a day-old bread in two, but instead of dicing it into cubes, she tears it into uneven pieces. Even though we call the dish stuffing, she explains, it’s actually a dressing because we don’t actually use it to stuff the bird.
After drying the bread in the oven for an hour, she proceeds with the recipe.

]]>The most important thing is to get the right tortillas. They should be big, thin, and stretchy so you can wrap them around the fillings. The next thing to do is to heat the tortilla in a pan. This will help melt the fat contained in the tortilla and enrich the flavor. After wrapping the tortilla, seal the ending by heating it in the pan some more, then flip it so the top gets crispy, too.
The final trick is to wrap the warm burrito in aluminum foil. It will keep your food warm, make it easy to take with you, and reduce the risk of spills. Watch the video below for more details.
