]]>Combine the tarragon, 1 teaspoon salt, butter, parsley, thyme, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, chives together. Mix the ingredients very well and wrap them in a plastic wrap to create a 1-inch thick and long log.
Leave the log in the freezer for at least 3 hours. It should be completely frozen when you take it out.
When it’s done, cut it into 6 pieces.
Prepare the chicken by pounding it with a mallet to get it to 1/4 inches thick.
Place it on a plate and add some salt and pepper.
Put a piece of the butter on top of the chicken and wrap the chicken with the help of a plastic wrap.
When you get a roll, leave it wrapped like that and continue to do the same thing with the rest of the chicken breasts.
Place the rolls in the fridge and leave them in for 12 hours.
Set the oven to 350 F degrees and prepare a baking sheet.
In one dish add the flour, in a second one mix the mustard and eggs. In a third one add the panko.
Get the chicken rolls and start dipping them first in the flour, next in the egg mix and finally in the panko.
Fry the chicken Kiev in a skillet for 6 to 8 minutes. Then transfer the rolls to the oven for 10 minutes.

]]>Set the oven to 425 F degrees and place an oven rack on the bottom part of the oven.
Set the stove to medium heat and melt the butter. Combine it with the celery, chicken, pepper, garlic powder, carrots, onion, thyme leaves. Cook the mixture for 8 to 10 minutes, while also mixing.
Next, include the flour. Start adding the cream very slowly and then pour in the chicken broth. Wait for the mix to start boiling and it should become thick in 3 to 4 minutes.
Take it off the stove and add the flat-leaf parsley together with the peas. Leave it on the side to cool down for half an hour.
In the meantime prepare a 9-inch plate and the crusts. Put one pie crust on the bottom, and add the filling. Cover it with the second pie crust. Cut small parts of the top or poke it with a fork.
Place the chicken pot pie in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

]]>One of my favorite ways to prepare chicken drumsticks is with lemon juice and soy sauce. Here’s a recipe that shows you how to make this amazingly easy recipe!
Start off by placing your chicken drumsticks, with the skin on, inside of a plastic bag. Add the soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic powder to the bag and shake vigorously to coat the drumsticks. Once you’ve done this, press the excess air out of the plastic bag and seal, ensuring that the drumsticks are surrounded by the marinade. Place in the refrigerator and allow to marinate for 2-3 hours.
Next, preheat your oven to 425 F. As the oven preheats, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and transfer the marinated drumsticks to the foil.
Bake inside of the oven for approximately 20 minutes. Flip the drumsticks after 20 minutes, and allow them to finish cooking for 5-10 more minutes, or when the temperature of the meat has reached 165 F.

]]>Set the oven to 350 F degrees and get an oven-proof skillet. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the skillet and place it on medium heat on the stove.
Cook the onions for 15 to 20 minutes, then pour the balsamic vinegar. Continue cooking for 3 to 5 more minutes.
When the onions get a dark golden brown color you can take the skillet off the heat and take the onions out. Fill the skillet with the rest of the olive oil. Add the chicken, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Cook the meat on both sides then also take it out of the skillet.
Fill the skillet with the beef broth and wait for it to start boiling. Once it does, set the heat to medium-low. Add in the flour, then cook it for 5 to 7 minutes.
You can now include the onions and chicken back with the broth. Pour the swiss cheese as well.
Cook the French onion chicken in the oven until you notice that the cheese has melted.
