Irresistibly Sticky, Sweet Honey Garlic Chicken Wings

If you’re a fan of finger-licking good chicken wings, then you must try the irresistible combination of honey and garlic. These honey garlic chicken wings are a perfect balance of sticky sweetness and savory garlic flavor, making them an absolute crowd-pleaser for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: sesame seeds, chopped green onions

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl and pour the honey garlic marinade over them. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure to leave some space between them.
