Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded chicken, cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup queso blanco
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup canned chilis
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- Pico de gallo
- 10 flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the chicken, chillis, salt, cheese, and hot sauce.
- Spread 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture onto the bottom third of one tortilla. Roll up tightly and repeat with the other tortillas.
- Put the tortillas into a skillet with the vegetable oil and place over medium-high heat. Cook until the tortillas are golden brown on all sides.
- Fill with Pico de Gallo and serve.
