Recipe
- Start off by cooking the chicken. To make it really fast, use boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, and cut them into small cubes
- Season with either a homemade or store-bought Cajun spice blend and cook them in a hot pan for a few minutes on each side.
- While the chicken cooks, start bringing water up to a boil and then put in whatever type of pasta you like.
- Take out the chicken, drain them on a paper towel, and add in a little more oil or butter. Slice up onions, any colored peppers, and mushrooms and add it to the pan.
- Season with more Cajun seasoning and cook on high heat to get the veggies a little color.
- Add in the chicken back, along with the pasta straight from the pot.
- Pour in a bit of cream if you want to make it really decadent and then serve with fresh parsley and enjoy!
