Recipe

  1. Start off by cooking the chicken. To make it really fast, use boneless skinless chicken thighs or breasts, and cut them into small cubes
  2. Season with either a homemade or store-bought Cajun spice blend and cook them in a hot pan for a few minutes on each side.
  3. While the chicken cooks, start bringing water up to a boil and then put in whatever type of pasta you like.
  4. Take out the chicken, drain them on a paper towel, and add in a little more oil or butter. Slice up onions, any colored peppers, and mushrooms and add it to the pan.
  5. Season with more Cajun seasoning and cook on high heat to get the veggies a little color.
  6. Add in the chicken back, along with the pasta straight from the pot.
  7. Pour in a bit of cream if you want to make it really decadent and then serve with fresh parsley and enjoy!
