Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 chopped yellow onion
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 10.5 ounces mushroom soup
- salt to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour water and salt into a large pot and boil it over the stove. Once boiling, add noodles to the pot and cook them until they are about 1 minute under al dente. Drain the noodles, leaving about one cup of pasta water.
- Warm up a large skillet of olive oil over medium heat. Pour the ground beef into the skillet and cook, breaking the meat apart with a wooden spoon. Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes until the beef is browned. Season with salt according to taste
