Cinnamon Toasted Almonds Are Your Next Favorite Snack

Ingredients:

The ingredient list includes 4 cups unblanched almonds, 2 egg whites, 1/3 cup packed brown sugar, 6 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1/3 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon salt. Basically, you only need to make sure that you have the almonds, since probably you have everything else from the ingredient list in your kitchen.

Instructions:

Get a large bowl and start beating the egg whites. Include the vanilla extract and beat again. This is when you should add the almonds and make sure they are covered with the mixture. Pour the salt, sugar and cinnamon in. Mix the almonds so that they are completely covered.

Lay them on a baking pan that has been previously greased. Bake them at 300 F degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. You should mix them once while they’re baking.
