Dulce De Leche Gives These Healthy Cookies Just a Tad of Naughtiness

Dulce de leche is not something you acquaint with “healthy”. However, that sweet caramel like taste is sometimes just when you need in order to get yourself to eat something that is very healthy. That is the case for these cookies, which really only need a dash of the dulce de leche to get the flavor and make them super delicious. These cookies only use four ingredients and have a super short bake time. Try them today and satisfy your sweet tooth without all the guilt.

Ingredients

These cookies only use the following ingredients: oats, nut milk, dulce de leche, and coconut flakes. You can add anything you want and use whatever type of milk you have.

Method

  1. Mix the oats and coconut together in a bowl.
  2. Pour in the dulce de leche and stir into the other ingredients. You really only need about a teaspoon or two to get the flavor, but use as much as you like.
  3. Pour in the milk and mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Place a tablespoon dough on a parchment covered cookie sheet and flatten with the back of the spoon or your hand
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes and they’re ready to be eaten or stored for 3-5 days in an airtight container
