Fancy a Negroni Sbagliato? Here’s How to Make One

One of the hottest cocktails at the moment has two television stars to thank for its rise in popularity. If you’re on TikTok, you might be one of the 20 million people who watched Emma D’Arcy and Olivia Cooke from House of the Dragon discussing their drinks of choice. Emma’s answer has since gone absolutely viral, so here is how to make “a Negroni. Sbagliato. With Prosecco in it.”

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Campari
  • 2 tablespoons sweet Vermouth
  • 2 tablespoons Prosecco or other sparkling wine
  • 1 orange

Instructions:

  1. Pour the Campari and sweet Vermouth into a glass filled with ice and stir. 
  2. Add in the Prosecco or sparkling wine. 
  3. Garnish with an orange peel or slice of orange.
  4. Enjoy!
