The granola pizza requires the following ingredients: 2 c. plain granola, 1/2 c. Greek yogurt, 5 large pitted medjool dates, 1 1/2 c. toasted California walnuts, 3 tablespoons honey, 4 medium sliced strawberries, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 c. raspberries, 1/4 c. blueberries.
Instructions:
You’ll be surprised at how easy this granola pizza is to make. Get a blender or food processor and put the walnuts in. Pulse for a couple of times, then add the dates. You should get a paste. Put it in a bowl and mix it with 2 tablespoons honey and the granola.
You will need a baking sheet with paper, so that you can form the pizza dough. Create a circle that is around 9 inches and put it in the freezer for half an hour. Mix the Greek yogurt, vanilla and one spoon of honey in a bowl. This will be your topping for the pizza. Spread it evenly just like you would do with a regular pizza. Add the raspberries, strawberries and blueberries, and some walnuts. This delicious breakfast is done!
